Building Peace through Effective Project Management: Al-Mesalla conducts training workshop in Mosul

Al-Mesalla organizes a training workshop on writing and managing peace-building projects. In collaboration with the Development Team, Al-Mesalla organized a training workshop on writing and managing projects aimed at preventing conflicts and working on effective peace-building. This workshop represented a group of civil society organizations working on social cohesion and peace-building in Ninewa communities. The workshop lasted for 4 days in Mosul city, where representatives of local civil society organizations were trained on writing projects, budgeting for each project, project management mechanisms, and types of violence and causes of conflicts, as well as conflict resolution and mediation. It is worth mentioning that this activity was implemented as part of the “Resilience – Safe Return” project implemented by Al-Mesalla Organization for Human Resource Development, in partnership with World Vision and with the support of the Australian Aid Fund.
